Please print a copy noting how many of each item you have and bring to the CYCA between 7am and 11:30am for dispatch.
Baggage will be stored at the Southport Yacht Club. All goods become the responsibility of the Southport Yacht Club on arrival and any enquiries for collection or misplaced items should be referred to the Duty Manager via reception.
Event Master Transport does not provide a return service in the event of retirement and there will be no refund in the event of a retirement or race cancellation for any reason after 29th July 2023.
Event Master Transport recommends that competitors do not transport valuable personal effects, wallets, car keys, phones, laptops or fragile items. All Baggage must be labelled with the consignors name and contact details on each individual item.
The baggage service is provided by Event Master Transport ABN 88 202 838 427 and not by the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, and the CYCA takes no responsibility for the performance by Event Master Transport of its obligations to each consignor.
All items consigned for transport and/or storage is at the sole risk of the persons consigning the item or items. Event Master Transport accept no responsibility for theft of or loss or damage to property so consigned. The consignor warrants the item or items are suitable for transport or storage and do not contain any hazardous or dangerous material. Any damage to persons or property arising out of the breach of the above warranty will be the sole responsibility of the consignor and in this respect the consignor indemnifies Event Master Transport and CYCA for any loss, injury or damage occasioned as a result of the transport or storage of such item or items. Event Master Transport is not a common carrier and does not make any guarantee of the arrival time of the consigned goods.
